On the 17th of August 2020, Promasidor escalated a challenge with a transmitted a payment file which contains 271 records but only 48 records showed on NIBSSPay+. |

Checks revealed that the location where transmitted files normally drop at the backend held only 48 records in the schedule ID 820202803_1. NIBSS also confirmed that there were no invalid records linked to this payment schedule. Consequently only 48 records were transmitted to our system. |

Inability to conclude payments as some beneficiaries are missing from the list. |
Recommendations |
Share the logs and the sample file containing 271 records to aid further investigation. |
