Prerequisites:

  1. Internet connection
  2. Duo mobile app downloaded from iOS App Store or Google Play Store and installed on the mobile phone.


STEP 1:

Ensure your laptop is connected to the internet 

STEP 2:

Enter the VPN IP (196.6.103.28) and click connect

 

STEP 4

Click Connect Anyway when the certificate message pops up

STEP 5

Ensure you Select Remote-Access-VPN from the Group

 

STEP 6

Enter your Domain Username and Password


 

STEP 7

Approve the 2FA authentication push sent to your phone (your phone must have internet access to receive 2FA notification)

 

STEP 8

Click Accept to connect to the VPN 

 

 

STEP 9

  1. To access servers in Test and QA environment, RDP directly to the IP and login with your credentials.
  2. To login to production servers, RDP to the Jump Server (192.168.201.67 or 192.168.201.64) with your domain credentials and approve the Duo Authentication message to gain access the production Jump servers.  From the Jump server access the usual production servers with your NIBSSSERVER credentials.
